No! Since the pandemic in 2020 we have shifted to a 100% remote setting with no office, Slack is the new HQ for us. That being said we are a remote first fully distributed company employees working length and breadth of India - We will stay a remote organization!
We are as excited as you are to join us. Our hiring process reflects Empathy and candidate experience at its forefront.
Application: Send us your application along with a short video stating why you are interested in working with us. Since we are remote this is the only time we as a recruitment team are not interacting with an ATS entry but an actual person. This helps us identify your communication skills and confidence and can enable us to find the best suited position for you.
Task: A little test of your technical skills. In line with a virtual hiring process a task will help the team to laser their focus on the technical areas of the job. Together we can identify the areas of strength and put your talents to best use.
The interviews: After the task and video CV is checked we schedule interviews to have a discussion about the role, what are the expectations and what should you expect from us. This discussion will last for a couple of rounds where you and us both will work together to match the expectations and have a clear set of objectives, expectations and shared goals.
Final round: With the final round you will have a chance to meet the leaders and will have a discussion about your career objectives and future plans.
Job offer: If everything goes well and according to the plan you will be a part of a fully distributed team at Springworks!
Over time you will gain more skills and experience. We would be happy to take another look at your resume. Having said that, we feel that a minimum of a six-month gap should exist for you to gain some experience or to pick up new skills and learn new techniques.
Once you have accepted the offer the HR team will take over for your onboarding. As soon as the offer is signed we will create a WhatsApp group with CEO, HR and all other stakeholders who will play a crucial role in your onboarding process.
We will send a special welcome kit to you after the WhatsApp group is created. We start the onboarding process one week in advance, we will send emails welcoming you and login credentials necessary for further process.
Once email ID is created we will schedule your buddy and manager meets before the onboarding - this will set you up for success and any questions you have will be answered. During this time we will also arrange system (laptop) for you {only for FTEs}
On the onboarding day we will announce your joining to the company on our slack channel and will have an onboarding session to understand the system, culture and other details required for you to function along with your fellow joiners.
After the remote onboarding, you will meet your manager. Together with the manager, you will go through a further checklist where you’ll learn about our processes and tools we use. After the onboarding, you will start your normal work.
