Let’s have a look at her journey!
My journey at Springworks
Before joining Springworks I was associated with another organization On my hunt for jobs, I was looking for a work culture that wasn’t toxic. An environment that takes care of its employees like a family. To my relief, Springworks brings nothing less than peace into my life. I am not gloating when I say this and it’s the truth.
I knew about SpringRecruit and only when I applied for an opening through Internshala, I realized that it was a product of Springworks. The customer support role was something that I was eyeing for as I am a night owl. Within a day, I had a recruitment call with Suchika where she briefed me about the role and we spoke about the data entry internship. Suchika and I felt my skill set suited data entry. After a quick assignment, I had an interview with Sudip which was followed by an interview with Sukrutha. What really stood out for me were the follow-ups, updates and relevant interview questions. There was a comfort zone amidst us which made the entire process swift.
When I was formally introduced to the WhatsApp group I was a little anxious as there were key stakeholders and I didn’t want to say something I shouldn’t. The buddy and manager meetings were very helpful as they gave me a clear idea as to what is expected of me in this role. HR team provided me with an excellent induction, which was followed by a seamless team introduction. Springworks really create everything from a user’s perspective. The People Ops team asked for feedback and the scope of improvement, asking this to a fresher really meant a lot.
After shadowing my team for a few days, I started to work and gain hands-on experience. The constant check-ins by the CEO and my manager assured and motivated me further to contribute to the best of my abilities. These past few months have been nothing but an exhilarating experience. As an intern, I felt heard and valued. There is always this myth that interns cannot lead tasks but rather they will be assigned documentation. Well, one must work at Springworks and see how the company motivates their employees.
What do I do at Springworks?
I am part of the SpringVerify team and I work towards resolving the insufficiencies, queries or questions that are raised by the clients and candidates. Communication and problem-solving are key skills that are required for my role as we need to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
We need to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. I push myself to take the extra mile to engage with customers and come up with appropriate solutions with the help of my team. My work is very similar to that of a client-success associate.
Why do I love working at Springworks?
Patience and helpfulness are something that I come across with everyone at Springworks. My teammates Deeksha, Suvangi and Sudip are very helpful and calm, they give me the opportunity to make mistakes, ask questions and learn. I have been able to understand work from different perspectives and solve queries that arise. My team always answers my never-ending questions and queries. Kudos to them for helping me learn and grow. We have a fun standup call every day that pumps us for work.
The flexible work hours are a big win for me. I have been able to balance work and give time to my interests. My work hours are from 10 am to 7 pm but what’s good is that we can take breaks and ensure that we complete the assigned tasks. So even if I have something else I need to attend to, I can do that and resume work.

The culture needs no explanation. It reflects in everything we do. There is absolute communication and sync amidst all. We are always in the loop about what is happening or what’s gonna happen at Springworks, I love that transparency and honesty and there is no micromanagement.
There are a lot of benefits and perks for us that help us ace remote work. These help us in developing a routine and focusing on work-life balance. I also have fun while working here. There are a lot of fun activities and games organized by HR and sometimes I also play games via Trivia, especially Emoji-Rebus 😉
Slack has become my workspace and I feel connected to my team irrespective of working remotely. There is a tool or a product for everything I can think of. Albus is truly amazing and useful as it provides instant solutions to my queries or where the work seems a bit challenging. What motivates me is when I see others getting rewarded by their team or managers. It kicks in adrenaline and pushes me to do better. My internship experience has been great so far and I am really looking forward to achieving my goals and learning more at Springworks.
Sneak-Peek into my life outside Springworks!
