FAQs

Is the entire certification process free?
Yes. The certification is completely free, including the survey, report, badge, and branding assets.
What is the eligibility for certification?
Organizations must have at least 25 employees and must have completed 2+ years of operations.
Is there a minimum score required to get certified?
Yes. You must have at least 70% positive responses and 75% employee participation.
How long does the entire process take?
The process typically takes 4–5 weeks from signup to certification and report delivery.
What is the survey based on?
The Pulse Survey measures five pillars of a people-first workplace:Trust, Growth, Belonging, Safety, and Collaboration.
How long is the certificate valid for?
The certification is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes. The survey is fully anonymous. Organizations receive only aggregated insights, not individual responses.
How many questions are in the survey?
The survey includes:
• 50 Likert-scale (choice) questions
• 6 demographic questions
• 5 open-ended questions
It takes about 15 minutes for employees to complete.
Will we get access to our scores?
Yes. Once the survey closes, you’ll receive a detailed report with scores, participation rate, strengths, improvement areas, and anonymized feedback.
What happens if we don’t qualify?
You can reapply after 3 months by rerunning the survey and working on improvement areas. We're here to help.

A panel of top CHROs and culture experts conduct a virtual audit call for organizations that meet scoring criteria.
What does the final report include?
