Life at Springworks: A day in the life of a Client Success Associate

Rashi Sharma is from Roorkee, Uttarakhand. She loves Roorkee and spent her childhood there. Rashi completed her master’s in HR & Marketing from G L Balaji Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida. She started her career with as a Client Relationship Associate and then started to work as an Account Management Specialist with OnGrid. Rashi joined Springworks on November 21st 2022 and she works as a Client Success Associate.

Let’s have a look at her journey!

Why did you decide to choose this particular field?

Although I started my career as a Client Relationship Associate my work was more inclined towards inside sales. I didn’t enjoy my work and I couldn’t see any growth. Moreover, I wanted to help customers, listen to their queries and resolve them. I really liked the opportunity that was being offered at Springworks.

What do you do as a Client Success Associate at Springworks?

As a client success associate, I connect with our customers and resolve any insufficiencies raised during their verification process. My approach is to sustain our client relationship & retention and I keep a tab on them on a regular basis. I look after the concerns and blockers raised by the clients. A problem solver indeed xD.

What made you join Springworks?

I have been following Springworks for a year. I loved the culture and the things they do for the employees. It was very wholesome and inclusive. As I was looking for a better opportunity, I heard about the opening at Springworks. Springworks not only has a great culture but also offers great opportunities. There are many things about the company that caught my eye. It’s a dream come true.

How was your Hiring and Onboarding experience?

The entire process was seamless and well-designed. It was quick and it was completed within a span of two weeks. After I applied, Suchika reached out to me and gave me an orientation on the next steps. I had two rounds of interviews with Sukrutha and Anoop where we discussed my experience and my work. I was given an assignment and a presentation to be completed. During this process, Suchika always kept a tab on the process and followed me up. Two days after my submission I received my offer letter.

Furthermore, the process entailed a buddy and manager meeting. It was a great initiative by Springworks. This actually relieved my first day of chills and anxiety. On my first day, I had my onboarding meeting with the HR team. Later on, I completed my documentation and met my team. I started to shadow the meetings and calls for the first few days. Now, I have started to take tasks and execute them.

What is your favourite thing about working at Springworks?

A flat hierarchy is the need of the hour. Springworks motivates and respects every employee. Here all our ideas and thoughts are heard. I am given an opportunity to speak my mind and initiate ideas. My team loves improving and learning throughout the process. I stay motivated and inspired as all of them prefer quality over quantity.

Walk us through a day in the life of Rashi

I wake up at 08:00 a.m. in the morning. I freshen up and prepare the meals required. Then I start my work at 10:00 a.m. with a team huddle. Later on in the day, I look at my pending tasks and reach out to our customers and candidates. I try to resolve as many tickets as possible. Furthermore, I reach out to our candidates on RazorPay and help Bhagyashri with client emails. I log off from work at 07:00 p.m. and then head to the kitchen. I cook dinner and dine with my father. We chat and discuss our day. I unwind by either watching Instagram reels or reading something online.

What has been your best day at work?

I love working here. Every day I learn something new and I look forward to collaborating with my team. But I would say 8th December 2022 was a great day at work. I had a team bonding event. We bonded, laughed and shared about ourselves. It was a much-needed ice-breaker. I feel I know my team a bit better. Most of us have common interests as well.

What are your takeaways and challenges from work?

Though it’s been only a month at Springworks, I have learned a lot. My communication skills have improved. My knowledge towards systems and work has expanded. At my previous organization, my work involved Gmail but here there is Zoho, Slack and much more. The entire work cycle is systematic and synchronized. All of us are looped and updated. I learn something new every day. There have been no challenges or blockers so far. The credit for this goes to my team who are always there to help me out and resolve my queries.

What is your favourite among the two products, EngageWith and Trivia?

EngageWith is unique and a great addition to remote work. It motivates me to do well and get my name up on the channel. Getting appreciated for helping others or doing well is a great thought.

Sneak-Peek into your life outside Springworks

I don’t watch any series or shows on TV to be really honest I have never been to a theatre until 2018. I watched a  Ranveer Singh film and decided not to waste my money at the movie halls. My favourite hobby is making Instagram reels and listening to music. And I don’t do anything specific on weekends and most of my plans are instantaneous. Recently, I visited Mussoorie and I am looking forward to visiting Thailand and Dubai in 2023 with my friends. Keeping all this aside, I would love to save money and explore Paris.
