When Albus answers a question from your team wikis, but your teammate feel they need more confidence/assistance. This is when they can escalate a response from Albus. Escalating a response means notifying Albus admins of the response Albus shared so that they can intervene and guide you better in case the answer is inaccurate or incomplete.
Albus trains on both entire channels and on specific messages on channels marked as important by admins. When he looks for an answer, he prioritizes messages marked as important over regular messages sent on a channel.
When enabled, Albus will listen to every message on channels he's a member of. He will proactively participate in conversations to clear blockers, add contexts, answer questions and more.
