Mudita has had a long career of over sixteen years and started her career at Credit Suisse. From there she worked at various organisations including Bank of America, IDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, and EduBridge Learning. She did her B. Eng from Nanyang Technological University and PGP from the Indian School of Business.
