#392: Koulik Kar on establishing workplace relationships and dealing with challenges

“I would always say that you always need to be honest and authentic to yourself and towards your client. If you won’t be honest, if you don't follow honesty, and if you won’t be authentic towards the client, the clients will not be there with you.”

Koulik has an overall work experience of more than five years. After he did his Engineering degree and his MBA, he worked as a door-to-door sales representative for ten months and later moved to a business development role for an IT firm. He has worked at various organisations including CYBERTRON Technologies and Ecogreen Energy Private Limited.
