Raj has an overall work experience of about twenty years, starting his career in early 2000. He did his BBA from Vaish College, his MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a Certificate Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has worked with companies like Hinduja TMT, Eicher Engineering Solutions, and Cipla in his career, mainly in HR roles.
