Prior to MyGate, Deepti has over 10 years of experience in HR and software development. She started her career as a software developer but later realized it wasn't for her and went on to get an MBA in Human Resources. She has held various roles across multiple startups and MNCs, including HR business partner, HR generalist, and training and development.
