Our next guest dislikes the conventional way of rejecting candidates. 

'There has to be a mechanism to make rejecting candidates more human. It becomes more transactional when it's an automated email. The candidate's experience is impacted. Instead, conduct a candidate experience survey, and revise your process accordingly. That's more reactive.'
