Aashi belongs to the City of Lakes, Bhopal. She joined Springworks in December 2021 as a Sales Intern. She was born in Hyderabad and later brought up in Bhopal. Her entire schooling has been completed in the same city. Later on, she moved to Pune to pursue her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune.

What do you do as a Sales Intern at Springworks?
As a sales intern, my duties include finding prospects, log all the activities inside a lead generation crm, and developing relationships with the prospects through LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. Performing demos for our BGC product and hosting podcasts are a couple of the ad hoc tasks that I do regularly.
What is your favorite part about Springworks?
Springworks has a fantastic workplace atmosphere. The standard of work is given more consideration, and employees are held accountable for the tasks they are responsible for.
How has your learning curve improved as a part of Springworks?
My learning curve has really progressed towards growth as Springworks has given me a chance to explore and learn at my own pace with consistent feedback received from mentors and peers.
Walk us through a day in the life of Aashi!
I log in at 10 AM and then attend the daily morning huddle where we talk about the tasks that need to be completed daily. I then make a list of everything I need to get done throughout the day. I then concentrate on lead creation activities and LinkedIn outreach according to our targeted buyer persona. I also ensure that timely updates are made on tools like Pipedrive and AiSensy Bot. To appropriately assign leads, I also make sure to look at the campaign answers that come in during the day. When I finish work at 6.30 p.m, we have our evening standup where we discuss the progress that has been made throughout the day.
Which is your favorite product amongst our two apps, Trivia & EngageWith?
EngageWith is my personal favorite as it’s an app that focuses on employee engagement and also gives you a boost to perform well as an employee.
Sneak-peek into your life outside Springworks!
Apart from my work, lawn tennis is one of my favorite activities, and I also love to travel and eat.
