What are your customers like? What type of people do you serve?
Customers of SpringVerify are SMBs that want their employee verification process to be simple with exceptional TAT and daily reports.
They want prompt responses to any queries and they want their BGV vendors to take care of end-to-end communication during candidate on-boarding. They want visibility in terms of what is happening behind the scenes as well.
The main goal for them is to spot any potentially fraudulent employees in their organization.
What are the background verification challenges during COVID?
The pandemic has affected organizations on background verification activities. Today background verification companies in India are facing challenges in offering their professional services to their clients.
As everyone is working from home and using digital methods to conduct a background verification process and provide complete screening information to the organizations.
Due to lockdown constraints, background verification companies are not able to perform physical background checks and screening, but at Springworks, we are trying to maintain the level of precision and accuracy as per the pre-covid times.

I’ve grown a balcony garden—a garden arranged on a balcony. Given the limited space, this type of urban gardening relies on container gardening. Depending on the size of my balcony, I have added small trellises to our pots and containers to enable some plants to grow vertically.
