We are excited to announce several highly requested updates to EngageWith, designed to enhance your user experience and elevate team engagement. Our latest rollouts aim to make recognition more accessible and feedback more impactful. Read on to discover what we’ve been working on and how these new features can benefit your organization.

Web-Based Recognition

Since its launch, EngageWith has seen tremendous success in elevating the workplace culture for 1500+ organizations worldwide. Slack-based organizations loved the feature of sending Kudos and SHoutouts to their teammates right from Slack, however, this advantage was lost once they stepped outside Slack channels.  

Not anymore!

With the launch of the web app, EngageWith’s recognition feature is no longer limited to Slack. You can now recognize your peer directly from your desktop/mobile browsers.

How It Works:

  • Log In: Simply access the EngageWith dashboard through your web browser.
  • Navigate: Go to the recognition tab.
  • Send Kudos: Choose to send either Kudos or Shoutouts to colleagues.
  • Live Recognition Feed: View organization-wide recognition in the live feed – similar to Facebook.

🚀 Key Features: ​

🌐 Web recognitions: Directly send recognitions from your browser, as seamlessly as you do on Slack.

➡️ Streamlined approval process: For approval-based recognitions, you can approve, reject, or cancel recognition requests right from the web for faster response times and less hassle. All the requests will be visible on the right panel.

📈 Recognition feed: Our new public feed, similar to a Facebook timeline, displays recognitions organization-wide, enhancing visibility and team spirit.

📥 Email notifications: Opt-in for email alerts for new recognitions and approval requests, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to celebrate your team’s achievements.

👍👎 Upvote/Downvote button added to Suggestion Box

Empower your teammates to engage more actively in organizational feedback with the new Upvote/Downvote button. This feature allows everyone to easily express their agreement or disagreement anonymously or publicly with a simple click, helping you measure consensus quickly. Additionally, you can view all data at a glance.

🚀 Improved Pulse and eNPS

We’ve made several customizations and design enhancements to the Pulse and eNPS features to improve your experience:

  • Instant Pulse/eNPS sending: In addition to scheduling, you can now send Pulse/eNPS surveys instantly.

  • Stop Pulse/eNPS: Gain more control by stopping current or scheduled Pulse/eNPS surveys as needed.

  • Extend deadline: Provide additional time for responses if needed.

  • Add new users: Easily add employees to ongoing pulses if they were initially missed.

  • Save drafts: Save eNPS drafts, just like Pulse surveys, for finalization later.

  • Enhanced UI: Detailed views for recurring pulses show instance numbers and summary views
