We’re not saying don’t ask for help, but do your best to be helpful as well in return, whenever you can, even if it just means providing your opinion on something.

We are stronger when we can leverage the learnings of our members, but we must also be sensitive about the information that is shared with us in confidence and act as professionals accordingly. Sharing anything of confidential nature without explicit permission from the individual involved will result in removal from the group. If you wouldn't advertise it on a billboard, it shouldn't be shared in the group.
