First Impressions Matter: How Did You Feel After Giving Feedback?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When we asked for <em>one word<\/em> to describe the feeling after sharing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springworks.in\/engagewith\/enps\/\">eNPS feedback<\/a>, the answers split right down the middle:<br \/>\u2728 <em>Encouraged<\/em>, <em>Noticed<\/em>, <em>Insightful<br \/><\/em> \ud83d\ude10 <em>Alright<\/em>, <em>Not sure<\/em>, <em>Nothing<br \/><\/em> \u26a0\ufe0f <em>Uncomfortable<\/em>, <em>Clueless<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What this tells us:<\/strong> Some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springworks.in\/blog\/the-employee-engagement-effect\/\">employees walk away feeling valued<\/a>. Others? They\u2019re left wondering if their words went into a black hole.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"h-2-what-would-make-the-score-jump-to-a-9-or-10\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_What_Would_Make_the_Score_Jump_to_a_9_or_10\"><\/span>2. What Matters More Than the Score Itself?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Growth opportunities \u2013 <strong>66.67%<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.springworks.in\/blog\/work-life-balance\/\">Work-life balance<\/a> \u2013 <strong>33.33%<br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Manager support &amp; recognition \u2013 <strong>0%<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Translation? People don\u2019t come to work to \u201cimprove a metric.\u201d They come to grow, earn fairly, and live well.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"h-4-do-people-trust-their-feedback-makes-an-impact\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Do_People_Trust_Their_Feedback_Makes_an_Impact\"><\/span>4.
