The Challenge: Building and sustaining a people-first culture for a hybrid team<\/b><\/p>

Rebid operates on a hybrid model, with performance marketing, engineering, and data science teams working from the office a few days a week while the rest of the departments function remotely. This setup presented the challenge of fostering a cohesive, people-first culture<\/a> that connects employees across locations, ensuring consistent engagement, collaboration, and recognition, regardless of their work environment.<\/span><\/p>
