Are they unaware or unsure about how to access them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What this means:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Our support programs are useful, but we need to raise awareness and make them more accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Action Items:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Boost Awareness:<\/strong> Let\u2019s create a fun, engaging campaign\u2014like a video or infographic\u2014that shows employees how to access counseling services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simplify Access:<\/strong> The process of accessing support should be as easy as ordering a coffee.
