I frequently assist with the sales and product marketing teams to create collateral that helps prospective clients better understand our products. Apart from that, I assist with branding, including <a href=\"https:\/\/inkbotdesign.com\/services\/logo-design\/\">logos<\/a> and design language for both old and new products (The Shape of Work Community, VirtualCoffee,etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-your-favorite-part-about-springworks\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_your_favorite_part_about_Springworks\"><\/span>What is your favorite part about Springworks?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>People\u2014in the end, it is they who contribute to the upholding of our company&#8217;s cultural values. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand and is friendly. I&#8217;ve never been afraid to talk to anyone, whether it&#8217;s my boss, the HR staff, or a completely new team member, since day one. It&#8217;s also a significant bonus because everyone takes ownership of their tasks. I can&#8217;t leave out the fantastic work-life balance and employee-friendly policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-has-your-learning-curve-improved-as-a-part-of-springworks\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_has_your_learning_curve_improved_as_a_part_of_Springworks\"><\/span>How has your learning curve improved as a part of Springworks?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because employees are given ownership, I believe I have gained confidence as a designer and am better at trusting my decisions at work. Working in an environment focused on <a href=\"https:\/\/graphically.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unlimited graphic design<\/a> projects has allowed me to collaborate with numerous individuals, which entails listening to feedback, evaluating it, and recognising that the final decision is yours to make. This can be overwhelming at times, but I&#8217;ve gotten better at it over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowing when to halt designing is a difficult task for me, and one that I&#8217;m continuously working on. There&#8217;s always room for improvement. But realizing that &#8216;done&#8217; is better than &#8216;perfect&#8217; has helped me manage my time and look at the work at hand objectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-walk-us-through-a-day-in-the-life-of-shreya-nbsp\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Walk_us_through_a_day_in_the_life_of_Shreya\"><\/span>Walk us through a day in the life of Shreya!&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I start my day by making a note of any messages or reminders I&#8217;ve set up for myself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The majority of the time, there are ad hoc duties or something fresh to take on. Any new duties, as well as calls with team members, are usually left for the second portion of the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I spent the first half of the day working on a current project (website graphics, decks, advertising, and creatives, among other things).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are instances when items need to be double-checked, such as checking something that has gone online or providing feedback to a team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;I like to end my day by crossing everything off my to-do list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-which-is-your-favourite-product-amongst-our-two-apps-trivia-amp-engagewith\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_is_your_favourite_product_amongst_our_two_apps_Trivia_EngageWith\"><\/span>Which is your favourite product amongst our two apps, Trivia &amp; EngageWith?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I like both!! Trivia for its quizzes (especially The Office or Harry Potter themed ones) and EngageWith because it makes appreciation so easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-are-the-challenges-that-you-face-in-your-day-to-day-work-schedule\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_challenges_that_you_face_in_your_day_to_day_work_schedule\"><\/span>What are the challenges that you face in your day to day work schedule?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowing when to halt designing is essential when working under time constraints (as I mentioned earlier). Some thoughts come easily, while others don&#8217;t, and nothing I do can help me with that; it&#8217;s a struggle. This is inconvenient when something is due quickly. Picking numerous tasks, on the other hand, allows me to switch between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sneak-peek-into-your-life-outside-springworks\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sneak-peek_into_your_life_outside_Springworks\"><\/span>Sneak-peek into your life outside Springworks!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I enjoy taking nature walks and am fortunate enough to live in such a beautiful environment. I also adore illustration and spend a lot of time with my sketchbook. It aids in the growth of my creative cells and helps me concentrate and contributes to my skill development .
