Later she pursued her Bachelor\u2019s in business administration at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (BVDU), Pune. When I joined back in 2021, I was involved in lead generation with the use of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visme.co\/templates\/lead-magnets\/\">lead magnets<\/a> for our product SpringVerify via LinkedIn. Later on, I picked up reaching out to people over LinkedIn for our Podcast \u2018Shape of Work\u2019 interviews. In simple words, I am taking care of everything that needs to be done before a podcast is recorded. Going ahead, I started taking up demos for SpringRecruit as well. Apart from these my tasks involve handling client management for SpringRecruit and creating questionnaires for the podcasts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-your-favorite-part-of-your-work\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_your_favorite_part_of_your_work\"><\/span>What is your favorite part of your work?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, I love all things podcasts! Because whenever I reach out to someone for podcasts, they are always interested in being a part of it! The next thing would be hosting these podcasts. Being able to have impromptu conversations with industry experts and learn so many new things is something that I love being a part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-the-one-essential-skill-that-one-requires-to-possess-to-be-a-sales-and-marketing-professional\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_one_essential_skill_that_one_requires_to_possess_to_be_a_Sales_and_Marketing_professional\"><\/span>What is the one essential skill that one requires to possess to be a Sales and Marketing professional?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I know a lot of people, in this case, would bring up confidence as one of the most important skills here, but along with that, I feel consistency is something that will get you anywhere. Even if you might feel that there aren\u2019t any immediate results of the efforts that you have put in, maybe somewhere down the line, the tree will blossom and you will receive the fruit of your efforts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-walk-us-through-a-day-in-the-life-of-ishika\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Walk_us_through_a_day_in_the_life_of_Ishika\"><\/span>Walk us through a day in the life of Ishika!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I start my day by waking up around 8:00-8:30 am<\/li><li>My work routine starts somewhere around 9:30 am when I begin planning for the standup call at 10:00 am<\/li><li>After the standup I move on to following up with clients, responding to emails<\/li><li>The second half of my day goes mostly into lead generation and reaching out to guests for podcasts<\/li><li>During this time I also work on creating questions for any upcoming interviews as well!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-would-you-describe-your-learning-curve-at-springworks\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_would_you_describe_your_learning_curve_at_Springworks\"><\/span>How would you describe your learning curve at Springworks?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My learning curve has only increased since the day I joined Springworks. I started as a Sales &amp; Marketing intern, but due to the nature of the tasks I was performing and the learning I was gaining from them, I never felt like I was an intern! There was always so much to learn in every aspect. From learning how to effectively communicate to hosting podcasts! It\u2019s been one hell of a ride.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-keeps-ishika-motivated\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_keeps_Ishika_motivated\"><\/span>What keeps Ishika motivated?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I think the fact that I believe in putting consistent efforts into anything and everything that I do keeps me motivated daily.
