I am the problem solver of any kinds of employee-related issues that come up on a day-to-day basis. Apart from this, I am also responsible for Onboarding, Performance Appraisals, and other administrative tasks of human resources.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-attracted-you-to-the-human-resource-domain\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_attracted_you_to_the_Human_Resource_domain\"><\/span>What attracted you to the Human Resource domain?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I have always been a people person even in an informal environment, this is what pushed me to take up being a people person in my professional career as well. My effective communication and attention to detail are what led me to become an efficient HR personnel in my career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-your-favorite-part-of-being-an-hr-executive\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_your_favorite_part_of_being_an_HR_Executive\"><\/span>What is your favorite part of being an HR Executive?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My favorite part would be everything! Being able to be a part of every employee\u2019s life in the form of a helper, or bearer of good or bad news is what keeps me going. I have always had an extrovert personality that helps me in performing my job role effectively. Being able to pick up human resource admin functions after my stint in recruitment was a great stepping stone for me. I started as an intern mainly <a href=\"https:\/\/jake-jorgovan.com\/blog\/top-podcast-advertising-agencies-companies-and-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">working on podcasts<\/a> and now I am currently handling all major areas of Human resource management at Springworks, ranging from onboarding to exit interviews.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-kind-of-advice-would-you-give-to-folks-who-are-looking-to-pursue-a-career-in-human-resource-management\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_kind_of_advice_would_you_give_to_folks_who_are_looking_to_pursue_a_career_in_Human_Resource_Management\"><\/span>What kind of advice would you give to folks who are looking to pursue a career in Human Resource Management?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone who is looking to pursue a career in HR should learn the basics of it. Being a part of the recruitment team would give one a very detailed insight into every kind of job role that tends to exist in the market. This will help you understand the functionalities of HR in detail and will create a very strong foundation for building up a career in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-which-is-your-favorite-product-amongst-our-two-apps-trivia-engagewith\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_is_your_favorite_product_amongst_our_two_apps_Trivia_EngageWith\"><\/span>Which is your favorite product amongst our two apps, Trivia &amp; EngageWith?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I would say EngageWith is my favorite amongst the two, as an HR person I understand the importance of recognizing employees and how it helps to motivate them to perform better. I love to travel and tend to do so whenever I get the chance to.
