you do at Springworks?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I currently hold the position of Associate Content Marketer in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springworks.in\/\">Springworks<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My responsibilities include writing blog posts around our podcast, <a href=\"https:\/\/hr-gpt.beehiiv.com\/\">The Shape of Work<\/a> and working on each post&#8217;s distribution strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other tasks of mine include <a href=\"https:\/\/loganix.com\/guest-post-backlinks\/\">writing guest posts for different publications<\/a> and social media posts. I am also responsible for reviewing other content around the podcast. In terms of distribution, my work revolves around outreaching, social media posting, <a href=\"https:\/\/mailtrap.io\/email-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">email marketing<\/a>, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-did-you-choose-to-become-a-content-marketer\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_did_you_choose_to_become_a_Content_Marketer\"><\/span>Why did you choose to become a Content Marketer?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I always wanted to pursue a field which required creativity and brainstorming. And what better job profile would offer that to me apart from Marketing. Presenting content in different ways, giving it a structure, and finding out the entire science behind that structure really appealed to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence I decided to try my hands in writing and marketing when I was in college pursuing BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. I was interning and freelancing for different organizations, alongside being a student. This is where I could see my work being appreciated by the senior management and I gained the confidence that I needed then and there. During that time, I also explored ways to support fellow students, from editing essays to helping them <a href=\"https:\/\/domyessay.com\/custom-term-paper\">buy term paper<\/a> services online, which further enhanced my skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-your-favorite-part-of-your-work\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_your_favorite_part_of_your_work\"><\/span>What is your favorite part of your work?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My favorite part of my work is that everyday is a learning experience. Thanks to some great mentors, I have tried my hands on so many new things and I am still pursuing more. It can be as simple as a correction on my writeup to learning an entirely new tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-give-us-a-brief-about-your-daily-routine\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Give_us_a_brief_about_your_daily_routine\"><\/span>Give us a brief about your daily routine!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After waking up and completing my morning routine, I kickstart my day by listing down my daily goals in our Marketing channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By that time, I reach my peak productivity hours and that&#8217;s when I jump into my writing mode. After my lunch break, I pick up other tasks. I post all the prepared content on different platforms and review a few articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wrap up my work by 7 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-your-favorite-thing-about-springworks\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_your_favorite_thing_about_Springworks\"><\/span>What is your favorite thing about Springworks?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I love the employee-centric environment Springworks has created for us.
