Sathisha Jaini joined Springworks in July, 2019 as a Sr. Operations Executive to work for the quality checks of our product, SpringVerify<\/a>. He comes with more than 15 years of experience in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is primarily responsible for checking the quality of data entered in the systems & reports for background checks at SpringVerify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means, he interacts with the candidates and clients, follows process manuals, conducts digital verification processes and talks to management from time to time in order to ensure the quality of the background checks remains good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
