Sivananda Reddy joined SpringWorks in April 2016. He\u2019s been a part of the team since Springworks was a 20-employee operation. He has seen the company grow over the last four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siva has single-handedly managed payroll for Springworks<\/a> for a long time. Only recently did two other team members join his team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If he wasn\u2019t working in finance, Siva says he would either be a Software Engineer or a farmer in his hometown in Andhra Pradesh. Interesting! Isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
