The Challenge

  • To meet compliance requirements and as part of company policies, Loginext was looking for a background verification service provider that would verify its candidates based on their customized needs. 
  • They did not want another standalone software that would burden their Human Resources team with coordination and needed assurance that it would integrate with their existing HRMS. 
  • Turnaround time was another top criterion because they were a growing organization and could have volume hiring at certain times of the year. 

The Solution

For a growing company, they wanted something fast and efficient. As a result, SpringVerify has been able to complete 61.6% of candidate verifications within seven working days and 14.2% of verifications within 14 working days, which is the standard turnaround time in the industry.

At Loginext, SpringVerify is integrated with the company’s internal HRMS. What this does is that it helps the Human Resources staff to keep all candidate information in one place for future reference.

In some cases where the employer did not respond to the verification requests even after multiple attempts, SpringVerify deals with the requirement differently. For example, a company verification is conducted. Their online presence, website, MCA profile, and Glassdoor is reviewed to provide the client with as much information as possible to add more value to the verification report shared.
