Initially, the HR team themselves conducted the manual verification process. This involved calling up previous employers, following up with candidates for documents, and storing the documents for each candidate in drives. This wasn’t feasible and required the HR time to spend maximum time chasing candidates.

The Solution

SpringVerify conducted a demo for the Appitsimple team and walked them through the platform. Appitsimple wanted to try it out and our team onboarded them quickly. The checks that they required were:

Appitsimple team started using the platform and uploading the candidate details. The candidate got an email link from the platform for uploading the documents. As the documents were uploaded, the SpringVerify team verified them and provided the report in the dashboard. This helped the team gain clear visibility on the progress and status of the verification.
